• Police are asking for the public’s help in the investigation of a woman who was found butchered in Canarsie Park.

• One person was left injured after a fire broke out in a Sunset Park building.

• The northeast edge of Prospect Park is set to receive new plants, decorative fencing, and lighting as part of a $2.4 million beautification project.

• Southbound A Subway and C Subway trains are running with delays because of a rail condition at Hoyt-Schermerhorn.
