• A 27-year-old Australian woman fought off a man who tried to rape her.

• Andre Chandler, 46, of Brownsville, was given a 14-count indictment for allegedly pepper-spraying a B15 bus driver.

• Eight therapists, two of whom were also public school teachers, were arrested for billing fraud.

• 7 Flushing-bound trains run at a slower speed in the area of 61 St-Woodside in Queens.

• Southbound C and E trains are running with delays because of signal problems at 42 St-Port Authority.

• MacGyver (CBS, 8PM) – Jack receives an emergency distress signal from one of his old Delta buddies who is falsely accused of terrorism in a foreign country, so MacGyver and Jack quickly recruit the rest of Jack’s old Delta team and stage an unsanctioned rescue op.

• Off the Boat (ABC, 8PM) – The Season 5 premiere: Honey and Marvin celebrate the birth of their baby. In other events, Jessica’s book is finally released, and she’s optimistically looking forward to a book store reading that’s been set up by her publisher to help boost sales.

• Hell’s Kitchen (FOX, 9PM) – Chef Ramsay announces that he is taking his risotto off of the Hell’s Kitchen menu, and the contestants are tasked with preparing their own risotto dish in the hopes of replacing the old one for the remainder of the season.

• NETFLIX: Once Upon a Time in America – A former Prohibition-era Jewish gangster returns to the Lower East Side of Manhattan over thirty years later, where he once again must confront the ghosts and regrets of his old life.

• AMAZON PRIME: The Man in the High Castle Season 3 – Juliana uncovers a dangerous Nazi plan for ultimate supremacy. Can she convince others to join her in stopping it? Or is it already too late?

• Apple is using proprietary software to lock MacBook Pros and iMacPros from third-party repairs.

• Microsoft’s latest Windows 10 update is reportedly erasing users data.
