TOP STORIES
• Twin fires in Northern California have scorched 455 square miles, nearly the size of the city of Los Angeles.

• The NYPD will take part in the annual National Night Out Against Crime tonight to promote police-community relationships.

• A child welfare worker was accused of slamming a 6-year-old boy into an office file cabinet.

IN BROOKLYN
• Police believe a 4-year-old girl that was allegedly kidnapped by her father in Georgia may be in Brooklyn.

• Councilman Jumaane Williams was found guilty of blocking an ambulance at a rally for an immigration activist in January.

• Police released surveillance video of a suspect wanted for spraying anti-Chinese graffiti in Bensonhurst.

SUBWAY STATUS
• 1, 2 and 3 train service has resumed following an earlier incident involving a train’s brakes being automatically activated at 181 St.

• 2,5 Trains run at a reduced speed in the area of 149 St-Grand Concourse. Monday to Friday, until Aug 31, 2018.

• There is no 7 line service in both directions between 34 St-Hudson Yards and Hunters Point Av because of switch problems at Times Sq-42 St.

• No A trains running to Far Rockaway-Mott Av.

• No S Rockaway Park Shuttle service at Broad Channel.

• Accident on Grand Central Pkwy eastbound approaching Northern Blvd; NY 25Aright lane blocked until further notice.

• Disabled bus on I-678 northbound just past Exit 8 – Main St center lane blocked.

• Vehicle fire on I-495 westbound at Exit 19 – Woodhaven Blvd/ Queens Blvd 2 lanes blocked.

• Accident on I-495 eastbound just past 48th St; Ramp left lane blocked until further notice.

SCOREBOARD
• The Yankees (69-42) beat the Chicago White Sox last night 7-0. They play them again tonight at 8:10 pm.

• The Mets (46-64) lost to the Cincinnati Reds 4-6 and will be playing them again tonight at 7:10 pm.

ENTERTAINMENT
• Angelina Jolie claimed in a court filing that Brad Pitt has not paid “meaningful” child support for more than a year and a half.

• Shaun Weiss, best known for his role as Greg Goldberg in “The Mighty Ducks,” was arrested for public intoxication in Northern California.

• Pink was forced to postpone a third Sydney show after being hospitalized due to dehydration and a gastric virus.
