• A video captured a brawl between nail salon workers and two customersafter one of them refused to pay for a botched eye brow job.

• Delays on I-278 westbound from Queens-Kings County Line; Koskuisko Bridge to 39th St.

• Delays on I-495 eastbound between 48th St; Ramp and Exit 31 – Cross Island Pkwy.

• Delays on I-678 southbound from 69th Rd; Ramp to Linden Blvd.

• Disabled vehicle on I-678 southbound just past Hillside Ave left lane blocked.

• Delays on I-678 northbound from Rockaway Blvd to Exit 8 – Main St.

• Delays on Belt System – Cross Island Pkwy southbound between I-295; Throgs Neck Approach and I-495 – Long Island Expwy; Ramp.
