• 28-year-old James Halsey died after being shot in the head at 406 Madison Avenue on Saturday around 7:48 p.m. There were no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.

• Correction officer Theresa Tucker was arrested on Saturday at 11 a.m. by officers of the 84th Precinct. The 53-year-old was charged with disorderly conduct and menacing in the third degree.
